Several sizes and types of buildings are available for your event. Choose the perfect one for your wedding reception, graduation, fund raiser, conference or private party.

Building Rentals
For each building rental, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required and a credit card will be kept on file until your event is finished. Rental must be paid in full 90 days prior to event.
Available Buildings:
Building #1 – 143′ x 96’, $2000 Rental Fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 a.m. Includes up to 50 5′ round tables and chairs and a raised stage. Capacity 400, climate control, restrooms, prep area, 2 bar areas, refrigerators.
Building #4 or #20 – 120’ x 65’, $400 One Day Rental Fee – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Capacity 350-400, 8′ tables and chairs, and fans. No restrooms. No restrooms, unless rented with Buildings 1 or 3.
Building #3 – 120’ x 110’, $1300 Rental Fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 AM NEW $650 One Day Rental Fee – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Capacity 400, restrooms, prep area, refrigerator, 8′ tables and chairs, and fans.
Building #6 – 120′ x 60′, $600 One Day Rental Fee – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Capacity 350, 8′ tables and chairs, fans. No restrooms, unless rented with Buildings 1 or 3.
Full Grounds Rental
No Buildings (Restrooms only) Ground Rental will be negotiated per request $500 non-refundable Security Deposit A credit card will be kept on file until your event is finished.
For consecutive, multiple day rentals, the first day is full rate and each day thereafter is half rental rate.
